Under ATIP AF-2020-00103, CMHC released some information related to its rental construction financing initiative, including amount, city, date and interest rate. I am seeking a similar, updated, list of projects with additional information related to affordability. The rental construction financing initiative contains requirements related to affordability. One states that at least 20% of units must have rents below 30% of the median total income of all families for the area, and the total residential rental income must be at least 10% below its gross achievable residential income. I am seeking the average affordable rent for each project, percentage of rents that meet affordability criteria for each project and the city of each project.
