I am seeking access to all records, including but not limited to memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports, discussions, and emails pertaining to the following: (1) IRCC's current policy for processing routine online citizenship applications after AOR clearing, specifically whether there are any quotas or random selection procedures that would result in the processing of some applications over others, leading to a difference of no less than 6 months between applications submitted at the same time.
