Under the Family-based humanitarian program for Colombians, Haitians and Venezuelans, please provide a copy of a report that your department holds, showing how many applicants were processed or are in process and also showing between what dates these applications were received from September 1st, 2023 to March 13th, 2024. The Family-based humanitarian program for Colombians, Haitians and Venezuelans, was announced open until December 30th 2023, and the application page was saying "until the access to this portal is open, we are accepting applications". However, there's applicants that filed their application way before that date (when it was still opened) but, they were rejected due to the program's cap reached, why? How many applicants were processed or are in process under this program?Organization: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

We are looking for: The number of workers who have obtained an open work permit for vulnerable workers, broken down by National Occupational Code (NOC). Any other relevant information relating to the application for an open permit for vulnerable workers. For example, the number of these vulnerable workers who subsequently obtained permanent residence, obtained another closed work permit, another OWP, or were recognized as refugee protection claimants. Data on those whose request for extension was denied, whose request for restoration of status was denied, or were declared inadmissible (and the inadmissibility ground if possible), as well as the number of individuals against whom removal orders were issued. If possible, provide this information by province and year, in addition to having it by NOC code and gender, if ever there are multiple tables with these additional details. This type of data report could be prepared by the Chief Data Officer (CDO) for local IRCC offices, for the Immigration Program Guidance Branch, for a deputy minister or assistant deputy minister, for the Minister, for the reporting and evaluation team, for the quality control team, for the Anti-Racism Task Force, or for the other IRCC internal units.
