I would like as much detail as possible on statistics for recognition rates at the RPD of refugee claims from Pakistan based on the Ahmadiyya (or "Ahmadi") religion. Specifically I would like a breakdown of the recognition rates for Ahmadi Pakistan cases - i.e. the number of positive; expedited positive; negative; negative-no credible basis; abandoned; withdrawn; deceased; or other. I would like to go back to at least 2012 if possible. For ease of reference, I have enclosed a copy of the memo. In the second paragraph, the memo states: “a subsequent review of this question has been conducted at the national level, in concert with the Correctional Investigators office”. The “question” is the strip-searching of offenders leaving the institution. I request a copy of all documents related to this review of the question of strip-searching offenders when leaving an institution, as referenced in this memo.
