Does it matter if the property is mostly treed, or if it has a combination of lawn, brush and trees? With respect to the Cost of Living Increase for VIP rates, Please provide all information on the procedure of requesting an increase, in particular does the client need to prove that the service provider has increased their rates or will they be automatically indexed in January of each year?
