I am also requesting information including, but not limited to, how many individuals have been denied permanent residency as a result of Kafala based adoptions and how many individuals have been denied temporary status as a result of Kafala based adoptions from June 2013 to February 24, 2023, as well as any documents, i.e. briefing notes, policies, reports, plans, and e-mails, related to these denials.
