CMHC routinely measures the property values of insured mortgagors who use CMHC default insurance. I would like to better understand the number and percentage of CMHC-insured mortgage borrowers who might have a mortgage balance that is greater than their home value. As such, I request — going back to January 1, 2022— any reports, studies, reviews, briefing notes, emails, memos or other documentation related to the above topic, including any documentation related to communications between CMHC and the Finance Department, OSFI or Bank of Canada regarding this topic.

Hello, I would like to get a copy of the report showing the results of the average life of a building’s components, that is building and finishing materials. I found a document with the title "Average life of building components" on the following website: http://www.coph.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Dur%C3%A9e-de-vie-moyenne-des-composants-du-b%C3%A2timent.pdf. In this table, it says that this data is from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in 2018. But there is no reference to the study that produced the results of the table. So that study and the results I would like to obtain.

I would like to obtain all documents related to the NPO, the Cité des retraités de l'Estrie Inc., known as Faubourg Ména'Sen in Sherbrooke. Such documents could include, but are not limited to, a Precinct Agreement with CMHC and documents provided by the Precinct in connection with the signing of an agreement with the Government, such as letters patent and/or general by-laws of the NPO. The NPO is now known as Orientation ephemeral and was previously known as Projet Cité des retraités de l’Estrie. If CMHC has documents related to these names, I would also like to obtain them.

All documentation, included but not limited to correspondence, emails, recommendations, responses, conferences, symposia, memos, policy documents, action plans, briefing notes, images, plans, reports or studies related to and/or mentioning: Urban, regional and/or community planning and subdivision and design review activities of CMHC and its employees from 1946 to approximately 1970 both individually and/or jointly with Wartime Housing Limited and/or the Community Planning Association of Canada. This request is part of a SSHRC-funded academic research project from a Queen's University professor titled "How Canada Became a Suburban Nation: The Role of the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation in Reviewing Canadian Community Planning" It is widely acknowledged that Canada is now a "suburban nation", but how did it make the transition from urban to suburban so quickly after World War II? The Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation was established as a federal Crown agency to implement national housing objectives in the post-war recovery period. However, CMHC was also tasked with implementing the federal government's national community planning objectives. The agency played a major role in transforming Canada into a suburban nation by 1980. CMHC reinforced the suburban trajectory by publishing planning handbooks, establishing national standards, seeding a national network of planning schools, importing planners and designing and developing federal lands.

I would like metadata information for CRTC chair Ian Scott's calendar entry for his Dec. 19, 2019 meeting with Bell, supplied by the CRTC in a previous ATIP A-2021-00018, showing when the calendar entry was created. I'm looking for the information underlying the calendar entry in question, specifically the date and time that the entry was created.
