Included would be: Any submissions, or correspondence of any kind (written, email, telephone logs and notes) to IAAC from Repsol, All correspondence of any kind from IAAC to Repsol,including replies to Repsol communications,Any approvals, departmental decisions, discussions or advice from IAAC given to Repsol, concerning regulatory steps, processes, assessments (including but not limited to environmental and impact assessments) or timelines required for a proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property, for the purpose of exporting LNG. 2. Communication within IAAC, or communication with other provincial or federal government agencies, concerning a proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property, for the purpose of exporting LNG. Included would be: Correspondence of any kind (written, email, telephone logs and notes) Meeting notes of internal meetings, meetings with other agencies, and meetings with Repsol or their lobbyists or representatives.
