From Jan 1, 2019 to present: any records (including emails, Microsoft Teams chats, text or pin-to-pin messages found on Blackberry devices, the iMessage feature of iphones, and/or text messages on Android/iphone/Blackberry devices) which include the following phrases: a. all white people are racist, b. people of colour cannot be racist, c. anti-white racism, d. reverse racism, e. all lives matter, f. critical race theory is racist (scope: all employees regardless of level, including admins and above, in following sectors: Communication & Engagement, Deputy Minister/President's Office, Human Resources Management, Innovation and Policy Services, Ombud/Ethics & Organizational Wellbeing,) 3.
