I mean I do not want to receive complaints from the public, as in Mr. X writing to complain. I do want any documents emails/briefing notes that relate to complaints. Do you seek for complaints documents (emails, briefing notes, etc.) leading to vouchers and refunds only? Please specify. -I do not. I mean, I seek records that talk about complaints and, if it applies, any potential remedies discussed. Our understanding is that you are seek for any documents (emails, briefing notes, etc.) relating to all CTA complaints for the provided timeline but not the complaint form itself. Do you agree? Provide a breakdown of expenses incurred and for each expense, provide the name of the service provider/contractor, a description of the product or service rendered, the date, and the total amount of the expense. When this data does not exist in the aforementioned format, provide the entirety of records (including receipts, purchase orders, and service contracts) pertaining to the expense.
