On July 26 2021 IRCC announced via their Twitter account (see attached) that work permits would be issued/could be applied for on the basis of having submitted a TR-PR (one of three streams, International Graduates, Essential Workers Non-Health Care, Essential Worker Health Care. Previously IRCC had been clear that "bridging open work permits" would NOT be issued for applicants of those streams. So this was a sudden reversal of policy. Looking for corporate records, including emails, policy planning documents, directives related to this CHANGE in policy to allow (suddenly) for work permits to be issued under these circumstances (Until July 19, 2021). For example, what causes an application to get assigned "e-grant PR status" or "e-grant DF" 5- All activities and subactiviest that will start once an application is assigned a specific location under the paper file. For example what activities and sub activities will start once the application is assigned location of "E-grant PR status" or "E-Grant DF" 6- Any timeline or time limit that can a citizenship grant application stays under a specific location for the paper file.
