For the time period 2020/01/01 to 2021/01/14, all records in the possession or custody of or under the control of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) with respect to (i) the Contract; (ii) the conduct of the procurement process resulting in the award of the Contract; (iii) the standing offer issued in relation to the Contract and any call ups (as such term is used in the Contract) issued; and (iv) all communications between IRB and the Contractor or any Identified User (as such term is defined under the Contract), before, during and following the procurement process and the Contract award.
