All communication between Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) and Repsol SA and all of its Canadian subsidiaries or related companies, including Saint John LNG and Canaport LNG (all hereafter referred to as Repsol), concerning any proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the purpose of exporting liquid natural gas (LNG). Included would be: Any submissions, or correspondence of any kind (written, email, telephone logs and notes) to IAAC from Repsol, All correspondence of any kind from IAAC to Repsol,including replies to Repsol communications,Any approvals, departmental decisions, discussions or advice from IAAC given to Repsol, concerning regulatory steps, processes, assessments (including but not limited to environmental and impact assessments) or timelines required for a proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property, for the purpose of exporting LNG. 2. Communication within IAAC, or communication with other provincial or federal government agencies, concerning a proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property, for the purpose of exporting LNG.
