I am requesting access to a Transportation Safety board investigation report into the December 27, 1942 Almonte, ON train wreck which killed 39 people. The crash involved a passenger train and a "troop train" loaded with Canadian soldiers during the second world war. I understand there are two reports from the Transportation Board, one of which is protected under the Access to Information Act. Her index card is on reel c9301, file #0648. Her case file is # 15303 or 15305 (the last number on the index card is not clear. It is on reel c9431, which is not digitized yet. That is why I am requesting them.
