Req # A-2022-26491

In 2021, the Ministerial Centre for MPs and Senators (MCMPS) at IRCC temporarily interrupted its services in response to the humanitarian and migration crisis in Afghanistan. The service still has not been fully re-established. In fall 2022 (September, October, November), there was a transition to providing services almost exclusively over the telephone, by appointment. A contract was awarded to Deloitte to create an appointment tool for MPs' offices. We would please like to have a copy of any documents, such as tables, reports, memos or emails, that compare the relative efficiency of the work done by MCMPS employees when they handle queries received by email as opposed to when they handle telephone enquiries. Such a document was undoubtedly drafted and distributed in preparation for a service provided almost exclusively by telephone.
