These need to include processes for additional checks over and above R11 completeness checks made during the stage of "application received" before the status is changed to "in-progress". This is to understand what are the process followed to move the application from application received to in-process. 3.Record of known issues and planned remediation's / upgrades with https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register. Meaning: Since the tracker (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register) is new system in place, the ask to is to understand if there are any known bugs and what is the remediation plan to address the bugs? This is to understand why is it taking time for some paper applicants to register immediately (2-3 days from receipt of AOR) while it is taking considerably longer (3-25 days) for others.
