As a follow-on to ATIP request AF-2021-000018 / JMH we are seeking a copy of the following documents in conjunction with the Phase 2 Project at 175 Cummer Ave under Application Number: 5167661 of the Affordable Rental Housing Innovation Fund Contribution and Loan Agreement signed by Yannick Monaghan, Director, Innovation Fund and Federal Land Disposition. - Certificate in Form and Substance provided by the Recipient to the CMHC confirming it had the zoning in place prior to its procurement of construction services on November 10, 2020 for the modular components without prior zoning approval (i.e. it still does not have zoning approval). - Record of CMHC providing due diligence required in connection with the Phase 2 Property at 175 Cummer Ave. to ensure that it had zoning approval to allowing the Recipient to use CMHC funds upfront to construct the facility without prior zoning approval.. - Correspondence between - Recipient and CMHC between July 2021 – March 2022 regarding Phase 2 Property at 175 Cummer Ave. - Correspondence between Frederic Birt, Senior Manager, Financing Operations and Director, Innovation Fund and Federal Lands Initative, Yannick Monaghan providing an exception to the recipient to allow it to commence construction without zoning approval between April 2020 and November 10, 2021.
