I am researching the history of the Canadian Genetic Non-Discrimination Act (Bill S-201, 2017). Insofar as the Tricouncil agencies and Genome Canada were contacted by researchers who were petitioning for support of Act in 2016 and 2017, we are curious to document the communications, meeting minutes, and deliberations that contributed to the Agencies' respective decisions to abstain from comment (2016-2017) where Bill S-201 was addressed.
