In October 2020, StatsCan engaged in a consultation with Federal, Provincial, NGO, and police departments/organizations to better understand the nature of their information gathering systems as it related to the collection of data in human trafficking in Canada. StatsCan sent out 16 questionnaires; 13 were completed by 6 federal partners, 7 provincial partners. StatsCan also received two completed questionnaires by police services and one NGO that were forwarded by provincial contacts. Please provide all responses from this questionnaire by any agency that have been submitted to StatsCan. Also, please provide all final drafts of any internal briefings, notes, and or comments related to the consultation and questionnaire.

Specifically: A copy of the Credit Agreements(s) with Her Majesty in Right of Canada doing business as Export Development Canada on behalf of the Canada Account and the Trans Mountain Project Finance (TMP Finance). Include documentation related to the following facilities: Acquisition; Construction; NEB. Include an amortization schedule that demonstrate the planned repayment of interest and principal. Any currently available transaction records (dated January 2019 or later) reflecting draws against the credit lines for the three facilities. A copy of the Credit Agreement(s) between Trans Mountain Project Finance and Trans Mountain Corporation. Any agreements from funders other than the Canada Account/EDC that provide funds for the closing in May 2018. Include copies of any Credit or other agreements that detail terms and conditions, as well as related amortization schedules if applicable.
