D2L Corporation was awarded a contract to become the learning management system for the Canada School of Public Service. https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-XL-108-36755 and this is the awarded contract: https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/contract-history/0X001-190594-002-XL-7. D2L was announced as the winning bidder in February 2022. I am looking for all documents related to this process, including the proposals by all the different vendors that submitted a proposal, any document outlining CSPS' evaluation of the bids to determine the winner, and the ultimate contract signed with D2L.
