I currently have a copy of the Casualty report (ref. RG 12,vol.3852) from transport Canada. As well as any police reports or military reports (regarding training accidents involving the ship) The police File number is 67-701-1 . Other related file numbers Sechelt RCMP 67E 500-130. Transportation safety board file number 9704-21-669. As well any reports from the Military as they performed the helicopter rescue of the only survivor, sorry no reference number for that.
