At some point in time, the Honorable Minister, communicated with the Canadian Bar Association, in relation to an article published about paralegals and the provision of legal services in immigration. This would've been sometime in 2022. I am seeking a copy of those communcations. 2. ALL communications to the Law Society of Ontario, surrounding paralegals and our ability to practice immigration from Nov1, 2021 to May 1, 2022. 3. I am seeking Memos/Briefing notes on the departments positon on paralegals and the provision of immigration services, including whether or not the Law Society can restrict the provision of services under IRPA, pursuant to the act from Nov 1 2021 to May 1, 2022. Amended April 22, 20222:Please provide the most recent set of guidelines, instructions, and any related relevant documents for processing of citizenship applications. The documents should include the information on how the completion of the application is assessed, the assessment of language skills, prohibitions and physical presence. The records are also to include any available information on how the processing times of citizenship applications are decided. The records should be only in English. If any of the relevant records contain information that cannot be disclose, please excise that information rather than reject the request. The time bracket for this search should be within the last two years (April 20 2020 to April 20 2022). I am, however, looking only for the latest versions of documents - I require just one set. //I require any documents that relate to the timeframe of assessment of the following components of a citizenship application: language requirements; background verification; physical presence; prohibitions. I am looking for documents that outline the procedures for assessment of these requirements and that provide an estimate of how long the processing of these requirements should take.
