At some point in time, the Honorable Minister, communicated with the Canadian Bar Association, in relation to an article published about paralegals and the provision of legal services in immigration. This would've been sometime in 2022. I am seeking a copy of those communcations. 2. ALL communications to the Law Society of Ontario, surrounding paralegals and our ability to practice immigration from Nov1, 2021 to May 1, 2022. 3. I am seeking Memos/Briefing notes on the departments positon on paralegals and the provision of immigration services, including whether or not the Law Society can restrict the provision of services under IRPA, pursuant to the act from Nov 1 2021 to May 1, 2022.
