I am requesting access to a Transportation Safety board investigation report into the December 27, 1942 Almonte, ON train wreck which killed 39 people. The crash involved a passenger train and a "troop train" loaded with Canadian soldiers during the second world war. I understand there are two reports from the Transportation Board, one of which is protected under the Access to Information Act.
