Assessment of workforce capacity and operational readiness to ensure safe and humane care and custody." I would like to request access to this data up to the date of February 17, 2021. The following request relates to a memo dated December 29, 2004 to the Warden of Nova Institution from ADCO with the subject “Strip-Searching of Offenders leaving the institution”. For ease of reference, I have enclosed a copy of the memo. In the second paragraph, the memo states: “a subsequent review of this question has been conducted at the national level, in concert with the Correctional Investigators office”. The “question” is the strip-searching of offenders leaving the institution. I request a copy of all documents related to this review of the question of strip-searching offenders when leaving an institution, as referenced in this memo. The timeframe for this request is between January 1, 2000 and December 29, 2004.
