Regarding a Privacy Risk Assessment conducted on the Chinook system that was prepared for IRCC in August 2019, and that identified privacy risks if multiple copies of client information were stored in various locations across IRCC and Global Affairs Canada networks or on local migration office workstations, please provide a copy of all records. 2. Provide a copy of all records related to the design of the Chinook system between December 1, 2017 and April 1, 2018, such as training videos or manuals. 3. Provide all records that are an account of an engagement with Accenture Professional services to develop and implement a Power Platform Minimum Viable Product to replace Chinook. Type of documents sought in each of the above cases include but are not limited to: a) meeting minutes, b) transcripts, c) audio recordings, d) video recordings, e) briefing notes, f) memos, g) slide decks, h) emails, i) text messages, and, j) Blackberry BBMs. Restrict records in each of the three requests above to director level and above. Please limit to English if multiple languages are available. Include only final drafts of documents and complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
