Provide copies of all emails, letters, or other communication received by Mr. Romy Bowers and/or Ms. Anik Génier that detail or discuss their obligations as CMHC employees under the Access to Information Act. Include, but do not limit the request to, documents that make reference to their obligation to process request without regard for identity of applicant; their legal obligation under the act to make every reasonable effort to locate and retrieve the requested records under the control of the institution; their legal obligation under the act to apply limited and specific exemptions to the requested records. Also include records sent to the aforementioned that refer to the provisions of the ATIA dealing with the Obstructing Right of Access -- namely any records that include mention of section 67.1 (1) of the act "No one shall, with the intent to deny a right of access under this Act, (a) destroy, mutilate or alter a record; (b) falsify a record or make a false record; (c) conceal a record; (d) direct, propose, counsel or cause any person in any manner to do anything mentioned in any of the paragraphs (a) to (c)."
