I would like to request the following records related to that meeting: 1. A list of attendees for the meeting. 2. A copy of the calendar invitation for the meeting (regardless of program: Outlook, Google meetup, etc), including any attachments to the invite. 3. The agenda for the meeting. 4. The minutes of the meeting. 5. Any notes taken by participants in the meeting. 6. Any documents distributed or discussed during the meeting (such as handouts or powerpoints). 7. Any emails sent by the participants in the meeting which summarized the meeting or discussed next steps.
