This levels the field for life 10, life 15, life 20 etc. In other words is it true Mission Medium is 16.1 and 16.6 years to release, 2 and 4years longer, because: A) The average in mate has longer parole eligibility release dates Or is it true, B) The average inmate is held longer past the DPED (day parole eligibility date)
