On August 5th and 61, 2021. I traveled to Blue River. I observed a fence an robotic surveillance towers within a fenced off area marked with Trans Mountain signs off Murtle Lake Road. I also observed several unmarked trucks filming myself and others. When I approached the trucks to ask them a question, they refused to speak with me or identify themselves and filmed me from their trucks.
