I am requesting the manual on procedures and guidance used by IRCC staff to process the new measures of faster Temporary Residence Visa applications for Spousal applicants with pending permanent residence applications. On May 26, 2023, the Minister of Immigration and Refugees and Citizenship announced a new measure of faster temporary resident visas (TRVs) for spousal applicants. The Minister also said that the TRV processing times for these spousal applicants will be processed within 30 days. Please see the attached documents. So I want to know the procedure and the tools being used by the IRCC to process this type of applications.
