Percentage of translation and interpretation services that comply with established quality standards This indicator measures in what proportion translation and interpretation services respect quality standards, which demonstrates that the program’s services are delivered without errors and that measures are taken by the program to ensure the quality of their services. This indicator is measured through an internal annual review. Review of a sampling of linguistic service outputs, selected randomly and broken down according to the overall quality of the translation on a qualitative scale (excellent, good, fair, poor) based on specific criteria (accuracy, readability, adaptation, correctness, formatting).
