Food microbiology – Targeted surveys – Final report - Viruses in Imported Frozen Scallops – April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022
The CFIA tested 229 samples of imported frozen scallops for the presence of Hepatitis A Virus (HAV) and Norovirus (NoV) (Genotypes I and II (GI, GII)).
All samples tested were found to be satisfactory.
