I would like to have the management DOCUMENT that VISA OFFICERS use and that summarizes the complete reasons for refusing STUDY PERMIT applications, and the interpretation document for those reasons. We imagine that such a document exists because those reasons are, for the most part, generic reasons. Here are the reasons that are sometimes used: I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, based on: - reason for the visit; - current employment situation; - your personal assets and financial status; - limited employment prospects in your country of residence; - your family ties in Canada and your country of residence; - travel history; - proposed program of study is reasonable in relation to your previous studies and your career path, as well as in relation to other local education opportunities; - AND SO ON. And for financial issues, R220 is discussed. We require the interpretation document for that section as well.
