I would like to receive a copy of the following documents (no drafts, only final copies where possible): 1) Any document(s) that was created to replace the expired Operational Bulletin 381 titled "Assessing Who is a Parent for Citizenship Purposes Where Assisted Human Reproduction (AHR) and/or Surrogacy Arrangements are Involved". 2) The current policy/procedural document(s) currently used by Citizenship Case Officers in order to assess the above-mentioned criteria. 3) Any document(s) that outlines or provides procedures for establishing Procedural Fairness under the Citizenship Act, similar to the OP1 document which outlines Procedural Fairness under the IRPA. 4) Any document(s) created by or for the Minister of IRCC to establish any further case law referencing Citizenship Act 3(1)(b), or pertaining to dealing with DNA testing requirements under the Citizenship Act.
