Req # CLC-A-2023-005

We are the Collectif pour une école primaire à Griffintown, a group advocating for the construction of an elementary school in Griffintown. CLC is a stakeholder in the disposition of land on Bassins Street in Montréal to the Ministère de l'éducation du Québec for the construction of the elementary school in question. During September 11, 2023’s Sud-Ouest borough council meeting, Mayor Benoit Dorais mentioned that CLC drew up a legal opinion concerning the disposition (see here for the excerpt: https://fb.watch/nkf9_NKm2H/). As such, we would like to obtain copies of the following documents: - The legal opinion provided by CLC to the Ville de Montréal concerning the disposition of land on Bassins Street - The Ville de Montréal’s request to CLC that led to the production of this legal opinion - All other exchanges and communications between CLC and the Ville de Montréal concerning the disposition of land on Bassins Street.
