However, no public policy has been published, nor have instructions for applying for the OWP yet been published. Please provide a copy of: 1) the criteria used by officers to determine eligibility for an open work permit extension under the announced measures. 2) any public policy developed to enact these measures. 3) any instructions, PDIs, or issued to IRCC officers for the adjudication of OWP extensions under these measures. 4) any standardized emails sent to IRCC clients who IRCC determined are eligible for the OWP extension under these measures.
