Overflows

Overflows Under the regulation on municipal wastewater treatment works (ROMAEU) of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MDDELCC), an operator of municipal wastewater treatment works (OMAE) must list all the overflows that occur at his structure and report on the basis of a measurement the cumulative daily duration. As such, the City of Montreal sends the overflow conditions for all of these overflow structures in the form of a monthly report to the MDDLECC's monitoring system for municipal water treatment structures (SOMAEU) via the internet. The present data made available correspond to the information compiled and transmitted to the MDDELCC. It is a compilation of overflow times on a daily basis. Data is currently available for the period from May to October inclusively and for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 and possibly available monthly.
