2019-2020 Departmental Results Framework The Policy on Results sets out the fundamental requirements for Canadian federal departmental accountability for performance information and evaluation, while highlighting the importance of results in management and expenditure decision making, as well as public reporting. The objectives are to improve the achievement of results across government and to enhance the understanding of the results government seeks to achieve, does achieve, and the resources used to achieve them.
